Youth Chairperson
Celeste Dudley serves as the Youth Comittee Chair. Celeste has been an active member of the Baytown Little Theater family since 2019, passionately contributing both on and off the stage. As Youth Chairperson, she is dedicated to fostering the next generation of performers, technicians, and theater advocates while strengthening the connection between the theater and the community it serves.
Celeste earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an All-Level Teaching Certification from Stephen F. Austin State University. She currently serves as the Head Theatre Director at Dayton High School, where she inspires students to discover their creativity, build confidence, and develop valuable leadership and collaboration skills through the performing arts. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where young people feel safe to express themselves, take creative risks, and grow both as artists and individuals.
Drawing on her experience as an educator, director, and theater advocate, Celeste brings a strong passion for arts education and community engagement to the Baytown Little Theater Board of Directors. She is deeply invested in ensuring that local youth have meaningful opportunities to learn, perform, and connect through theater.
With an unwavering dedication to the performing arts and to Baytown Little Theater's continued success, Celeste hopes to bring her vision for the youth organization into fruition by expanding educational programming, strengthening community outreach, cultivating young talent, and enhancing the quality and accessibility of productions for audiences of all ages.
Through her leadership, Celeste strives to ensure that Baytown Little Theater remains a vibrant cultural cornerstone where creativity, collaboration, and community thrive.
