Production Chairperson
Ryan Scheppe serves as President of Baytown Little Theater, bringing a strong background in leadership and operations along with a deep passion for the performing arts. With professional experience as both a branch manager and warehouse supervisor, He has successfully led teams, coordinated complex projects, and cultivated a results-driven, collaborative environment—skills that translate directly into his work guiding the theater’s mission and growth.
A dedicated member of the local theater community, Ryan has performed in over 15 productions and directed one show, earning recognition for both artistic commitment and creative vision. As President, he is focused on supporting inclusive programming, fostering local talent, and ensuring the theater remains a cornerstone of cultural life in the community.
Outside of the theater, Ryan enjoys golf, disc golf, and baseball. He values time with his wife and daughter and is excited to welcome a new addition to the family soon. He is inspired by the words of Robin Williams:
